Shipping policy

Processing Time

 

Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Shipping options 

 

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days 

Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and service selected.

 

Order tracking 

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

 

Delays & Damages 

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by couriers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim and keep all packaging for inspection.
